What If Cheaper Wasn’t An Option?

If you are selling something, what would you do to compete if being cheaper wasn’t an option?  What would you do if your only option was to be better, more interesting, more distinctive, more memorable?

Instead of lowering your price to get more sales, how could you improve quality, presentation, and visibility?

Of all the dimensions involved in the purchasing decision, price is just one, and while lower prices may make some people happy in some situations, it’s not always clear that what will most improve the overall quality of people’s lives is more stuff, cheaper.  Before exploring cheaper, how about exploring better?
