How To Deal With Insecurity

Acknowledge it. Face it. Question it. Investigate it. Challenge it. Disassociate from it. Repeatedly put yourself in controlled situations that trigger it until it fades.

How NOT To Deal With Insecurity

Deny it. Run from it. Resign yourself to it. Reinforce it. Identify with it. Avoid situations that trigger it. Demand that other people modify their behavior so that you won’t have to experience it.
